was a home for the wealthy Zeniya Gohei. Zeniya
Gohei Memorial Hall has a model of the Kitamae Ships
and folding screens. Zenigo-no-Yakata, the house
of Zeniya Gohei, has been reconstructed in a new
place, across the garden. |

Soy
sauce produced in Ono was transported all
over Japan by Kitama Ships, and Ono became
one of the five biggest soy sauce producing
spots.
